Agreement

By downloading or using Soider, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to this app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Acceptable use

Use network tools such as Port Scan, LAN devices, SNMP, Ping, Traceroute, LAN Speed and Wake-on-LAN only on networks and devices you own or are allowed to test.

You are responsible for using the app lawfully, including computer-crime laws and the policies of the networks you use.

Do not use the app to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system.

Soider Pro and subscriptions

Soider Pro is available monthly, yearly (with a 7-day free trial) or as a one-time purchase, charged to your Apple Account when you confirm.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically and are charged within 24 hours before the period ends, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before.

Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you subscribe.

The one-time purchase is paid once, with no monthly fee, and works on every iPhone and iPad with the same Apple Account.

Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; Pro ends when a purchase is refunded.

Data and privacy

How data is kept and used is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your backup and recovery passwords; the developer cannot recover them.

Accuracy of results

Results such as speeds, DNS, SSL or scan results are for guidance and may vary with network conditions and outside services.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the app, including loss of data.

Outside services

Some tools use outside services such as Cloudflare, public DNS resolvers, Whois servers, the App Store and iCloud, which have their own terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
